The food bank is preparing ready-to-eat meals, waiting for coordinators to order the food, and waiting for transportation.

Needs donations of food and water.

Donations of food and funds can be made to the South Plains Food Bank by calling 763-3003, and by taking food items to a permanent collection site at United's Market Street store at 50th Street and Indiana Avenue. This will be a long-term relief effort.
