Osama not a terrorist, just a "Saudi dissident"

Thanks to Captain Ed for pointing us to pictures of Osama caught by Nathan Goulding at National Review’s Media Blog. On Sunday April 23rd, Agence France-Presse and Associated Press both had different photos of Osama where they described him as a “Saudi dissident.” Not mass murderer, not terrorist, but merely a dissident. Captain Ed says that calling Osama a dissident “somehow implies that the mastermind of attacks that have killed thousands of people has some moral equivalency with Natan Scharansky.”

The mainstream press is getting beyond sickening. They want us to believe that Bush is a despotic terrorist, that America is degenerating into a theocracy, yet dictators and terrorists like Fidel Castro, Hugo Chavez, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, and Osama are true freedom fighters.
