Jimmy Vaughan was famous in Texas long before his younger brother, Stevie Ray. I can remember the rumors about the fantastic talent of Jimmy’s little brother back in college and caught some of Stevie Ray’s shows in seedy nightclubs in Waco and Dallas. Then he was “discovered.” The rest is history.

This young guy, Jonny Lang, is destined for fame, too. He can play and sing as well as the great Stevie Ray. He’s from North Dakota — I guess that I can’t expect Texas to produce all the great musicians…
