Obama says grandmother is a "typical white person"

The mainstream media has fallen all over themselves in fawning over Obama since his campaign began. When he was finally seriously questioned about his longtime friendship with and member of Rev. Wright's church, he didn't know how to handle the problem. It took him a full week to respond.

Obama's poll numbers are falling dramatically and now he says that his grandmother is a "typical white person" who fears people she doesn't know. Besides the insult to his grandmother, can you imagine the media frenzy if a Republican presidential candidate of mixed race called their grandmother a "typical black person?"

Obama's in a hole and he just keeps on digging.
