A manufactured scandal
The tenacious Sister Toldjah has some good links to sites expaining how the media manufactures a scandals; in this case, this past weekend’s hunting accident involving Vice President Dick Cheney. It was a frontpage story at the Washington Post. Mark at NewsBusters tells us how Good Morning America tried to spin the accident this morning. Host Charlie Gibson claimed that there is “growing political fallout” from the event. Yeah, right.
